Project Overview
We carried out road earthworks as a subcontractor on the Thika–Magumu Road, applying our graders, excavators and rollers to formation and bulk earthworks.
Owning the plant meant the critical earthworks phases were never waiting on third-party hire.
The Challenge
As a roads subcontractor, the critical earthworks phases could not wait on third-party plant hire.
Our Solution
We deployed our own graders, excavators and rollers for formation and bulk earthworks, keeping the programme in our control.
