Field Marketer — Lifts & Escalators
Identify and develop new business opportunities for our Lifts & Escalators service. Target property developers, building owners, architects, and contractors who require lift or escalator installation, modernisation, or maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads from developers, architects, and property managers
- Present UTC's lifts & escalators solutions to decision-makers
- Follow up on enquiries and coordinate site visits with our technical team
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Submit weekly activity reports and pipeline updates
What We Look For
- Proven background in field sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Knowledge of the construction or real estate sector is an advantage
- Valid driving licence preferred

Lifts & EscalatorsAffiliate / Referral
Affiliate Marketer — Lifts & Escalators
Refer clients who need lift or escalator installations and earn a referral fee for every successful project. No targets, no fixed hours — you earn when your leads convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Share UTC's lifts & escalators services within your professional or personal network
- Pass qualified leads (name, contact, project details) to our sales team
- Stay informed on our service offerings to make accurate referrals
What We Look For
- Active network in real estate, construction, facilities management, or related sectors
- Ability to communicate UTC's value proposition clearly
- No prior sales experience required — we provide onboarding support

SolarCommission-Based
Field Marketer — Solar
Drive sales of our residential, commercial, and industrial solar PV systems across Kenya. Work directly with homeowners, businesses, schools, and organisations looking to reduce energy costs through solar.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue solar sales opportunities across your territory
- Conduct site assessments and work with our engineers on preliminary system sizing
- Present solar proposals and ROI analyses to prospective clients
- Manage the sales cycle from lead to signed contract
- Represent UTC at trade shows, community events, and networking forums
What We Look For
- Background in sales, marketing, or a technical field
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of solar technology is a plus (training provided)

SolarAffiliate / Referral
Affiliate Marketer — Solar
Know someone who wants solar panels? Refer them to UTC and earn a referral fee when the project is confirmed. Ideal for individuals with strong community or professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Refer homeowners, businesses, or organisations interested in solar energy
- Share UTC's solar contacts and marketing materials
- Provide basic information on available solar packages

- Active community, professional, or social media network
- Genuine interest in promoting clean energy solutions
- No technical background required — full onboarding provided
