Project Overview
Ultimate Techno Contractors was engaged to deliver the entrance and associated civil works for the Kenya Meat Commission (KMC). The scope called for a contractor comfortable operating to the standards and processes that public bodies require.
We delivered the gate works, access road, drainage and surrounding civil infrastructure, coordinating closely with the client's site team to keep the facility operational throughout the works.
The Challenge
KMC needed entrance and civil works delivered to strict public-sector standards without disrupting an active, high-security facility.

We sequenced gate, access road, drainage and hardstanding works around the client's operations, coordinating daily with the site team and using our own plant to avoid third-party delays.
